DeblockX Labs mobile games. Effective October 21, 2026. 한국어

This policy covers these games published by DeblockX Labs: Mochi Sort, Mochi Blocks, Mochi Tiles, Mochi Arrows, Mochi Jam, Mochi Word Search, Mochi Words, Mochi Heroes, Mochi Garden Defense and Mochi Tamer (the "Games"). The Games are single player games. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or any account.

Data collected by third party services

Payment details are handled by Google Play. We never receive your card or bank information. Google's use of data is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. RevenueCat's policy is at revenuecat.com/privacy.

Gameplay data we collect

Game progress, coins and settings are stored on your device. The Games also send gameplay events to DeblockX Labs servers: levels started, completed or failed, moves and time taken, sessions, ad views and in game purchases, together with the game version, the platform and your country. These events are linked only to a random install ID created on your device. They are not linked to your name, email, phone number or advertising ID, and we do not store your IP address with them.

If a game hits an error, it sends a short error report (the error message, where in the game code it happened, the game version and the platform) linked to the same random install ID, so we can fix crashes.

We use this data to run, balance and improve the Games.

Feedback you send

Settings has an optional "Send feedback" form. If you use it, we receive the star rating and the note you type, the level you were on, the game version and your random install ID. We read it to improve the Games. Please do not write your name, email or other personal information in the note. To have a note deleted, email us.

Leaderboards

Games with a leaderboard store the nickname you choose, your best score (for example the highest stage), your team power and your country, linked to your random install ID. Your nickname, score and rank are shown publicly to other players. Do not use your real name or other personal information as a nickname. Names that break our rules are replaced automatically. To remove your entry, email us with your nickname.

Aggregated and de-identified data

We may combine gameplay data into aggregated or de-identified datasets that cannot reasonably be used to identify you or your device. We may use, analyze and publish those datasets, and share or license them to third parties, including for commercial purposes such as market research and industry statistics. We take reasonable measures to keep these datasets de-identified, and we contractually prohibit recipients from trying to re-identify anyone. We do not sell personal data.

Security and retention

Data sent by the Games and these services is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Third party services keep data according to their own policies.

Your choices

• Reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your device settings.
• In the EEA, the UK and other regions that require it, a consent form is shown before any personalized ad.
• Buying "Remove Ads" (called "Premium" in some games) gives in game rewards without watching video ads.
• To ask about or delete gameplay data linked to your install ID, email us. Uninstalling the game also starts a new install ID, so new events are no longer linked to old ones.

Children

The Games are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
